Say someone you know is willing to basically give their house to you but it is under a mortgage still...what is the process that follows?...Can they just sign it over to you or is there more to be done such as qualifications, applications etc etc? I know someone, that can not pay for their home anymore and is thinking of giving myself and another their house and I just would like to know exactly how it would work..
