My suggestion, by stating the benefits.
Two important benefits are turns gained and gold gained. Plagyers gets 1 turn per 5 votes and an amount of gold per vote as well. The amount depends on a few factors.
Another reason to vote is it shows how active a player and faction is. |

You can vote once per day on each site, each time you vote:
- You get 50*(palace+technologies) gold
- You get +1 influence
- Every 5 influence you collect you get +1 turn
you can also change your reward type to get more diamond instead of more gold, we need to make it clear to members that they will get reward to increase there position in the game if they vote. maybe that will help get more of them to vote. |

| Question is, how to we spread that around the faction? do we pm everyone or post it in the factionbox? The problem with factionbox is that not very many people check factionbox... |

| If members are not cheacking the factionbox often, then my suggestion will be to message them personally to let them know, or you could creat a new Goverment branch call the Network whose job it is to let everyone know what is happening, take down the name of members whome are not performing well and help them to get better. The Orcs have there own network. |

| My thought is Pm players who have a low influence compared to their age. Eg. Age 6 influence 0, you would pm that person as a leader but eg. player age 8 influence 24, thats fair and no pm is needed. |

| When I vote, I just ctrl+click it so that it opens in a different tab, then i close it. Much less time consuming. |
